Move out Cleaning I hired New Century Maids to clean my rental property. The tenants who moved out did not bother to clean anything and it looked like much of the home hadn't been cleaned in the three years they lived there. In short, it was filthy. House Cleaning I hired this company to do a cleaning job. Not only did they not finish the job but I was charged twice. I am still struggling to get my charges reversed but the ladies at the office are just not up to their jobs. No follow up from the office. I have been and continue to follow up for a resolution. Beware this company charges a surcharge if you pay by credit card.

Dear Narciso, if you write, write the truth. Our payment policy is clear- the payment has to be done on the day of cleaning. We did 2 jobs for you and none of the crew members nor did office receive the payment for cleaning performed. Your credit card was charged as a backup payment. When we received a cheque from you a week later, your card was credited back. Why are you blaming us with your late payment?
Selling Our Home New Century Maids was recommended to us by our real estate agent. The crew arrived at the arranged time and in a few hours worked a shine into our dull and neglected home. The best cleaning company I have been using New Century Maids every two weeks for almost a year now and I am always very happy with how clean my house is. I have an 18 month old son and two extra big furry dogs, so needless to say my house can get messy (ok VERY messy!) but my laminate floors and carpets somehow always come out perfect and spotless after NCM is done.
