Spotless Cleaning This is the first time we hired a housecleaning service and we are happy to find them so quick. I went on their website to ask for a quote and the next day we had scheduled a walk-thru visit to get a good estimate. Alex was courteous and professional. He answered all our questions. We had our place cleaned the past week and it's spotless. I'm very impressed with what they did - especially bathrooms and floors. Wasn't expecting them to make the bed, what a nice surprise!

Weekly house cleaning What a conscientious and energetic team Beata and Otylia ! They were extremely accommodating with scheduling the work under difficult time constraints. I like the fact that we can vary the cleanings each time based on our needs and available budget. Complaint handling I use New Century Maids on the regular basis every second week. I haven’t any complaints for 2 years. Last week, when I had a complaint (the chair legs were not cleaned properly) , it was handled immediately and to my satisfaction. You scored big points by resolving a problem.
