Referral works I had an injury on the job, and I couldn’t clean my home anymore so decide to look for someone who would help me. Got the number of New Century Maids from a buddy of mine he swears by them and says they are the best. After the girls (Ana and Magi) had left my place I looked around and am happy to say that they did an awesome job. I had set up regular cleanings with them until my injury is healed. Give them 5 thumbs up!
Great Service I can't get over how impressive it is that NCM is so passionate about pleasing their customers. It's incredible that they are really trying to have a service that is unique to each of their clients. Not every household needs the same thing, so I think it's awesome that they recognize this and tailor their service to each individual user. Isabelle was very informative, i am happy that I found this company. If you're looking for quality service and a devoted team, I highly recommend New Century Maids!

Apartment cleaning I've used NCM's cleaning twice. The first time we used them we hadn't cleaned our apartment in 3 months and NCM's staff stayed ALL DAY cleaning for a completely fair price. They did a GREAT job and were really nice. Isabelle always calls for the feedback do her best to work with my schedule and sends a crew as soon as possible. Consistent Friendly Service Kamila who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. I called on Monday hoping to schedule an appointment for either Friday or Saturday as we were getting ready for my daughter's birthday party Saturday night. She was able to schedule a two person crew for 4 hrs for Friday at 8:30am. This was perfect! The two women showed up at 8:28am and were very friendly. house cleaning Two great ladies came to clean "the hard stuff" for 3 hours. They did the bathtub, changed my shower curtain, cleaned ceiling fans, emptied and cleaned out fridge, cleaned oven, vacuumed and mopped floors in entire apt (except bedrooms), cleaned vertical blinds in 6 windows. The areas they cleaned had not been done in months as I can't physically handle it so it was not light work and they did a fabulous job. Initial Thorough Clean of House I was extremely disappointed with the cleaning job, which I expected to be excellent based on the reviews on Homestars, as well as the claims made on New Century Maids own site. The service provided was the "initial clean", which is meant to be a thorough cleaning of my home. I was billed for 6.5 hours of work (2 people worked for just over 3 hours). LONG TIME USER I have never used a cleaning company before so I did my home work. I searched many companies and checked up on the companies. New Century Maids was by far the best, they are insured, bonded and I had no fear of leaving them a key to my home and all my valuables. They have been coming to my home on a weekly basis for 4 years now and since then I do not regret hiring them, always great hear when they are coming and anticipating my clean home.
