Cleaning I hired this company to clean my condo once my tenants had moved out. It took two ladies three and a half hours (being 7 man hours) to clean a two bedroom condo. When I got to the condo after the work had been "completed" I was completely dissatisfied. As you described the apartment after the cleaning still had some missed areas, such as stains on the cabinets, so as we can all imagine what the state the condo must have been in before the cleaning. Great cleaning team New Century Maids provided excellent services! I've never had my house cleaned before and I was surprised at how thorough they were. I kept finding little surprises throughout the week where the cleaned (like when I opened my microwave and it was spotless). I would highly recommend them. Regular Apartment Cleanings My wife and I have been with New Century Maids for over a year - every single time we are impressed. Regular Cleaning Services It is such a huge help to have someone help keep the house clean. We really enjoy coming home to a clean house every two weeks and it obviously gives us more time to focus on other things and activities rather than committing to a whole weekend of scrubbing washrooms. House Cleaning Don't get me wrong, the maids are great. However the customer service representatives are not helpful at all. I tried to book for a house cleaning for over 3 weeks and they cannot confirm a date (not even the time slot) on when the maids can come. The service is not cheap. I cannot understand why it takes that long to set up a schedule. I called yesterday and one of the representative said they can work on it and call me back. Never got a response.
