Excellent experience with NCM over many years We have been using New Century for a few years now. Their cleaners do a complete and thorough job. Most importantly though they are very well organized. You always know a couple days in advance exactly what time they're coming, and if you need to re-schedule for some reason they are very accommodating. Their staff are all extremely nice and friendly as well.

apartment cleaning The ladies who came to clean were prompt, polite, and got right to work. They did a fantastic job...the place was spotless, the floors were shining, the windows were perfect and the kitchen and bathroom were like new. And it wasn't expensive either. I would recommend this company to anyone.

6 years of great service We've used New Century Maid Service for 6 years so far and will continue to use them. I love their attention to detail, their service (regular confirmations, comms by phone and email) and the professionalism of each member of their team. The prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Terrible Service from this maid company!!! Gee..where do I begin..Im a new client to new century maids and its been a horrible experience! Had several cleaning sesions with this company and the first girl I had did an amazing job. I have requested for the same girl evertime however was informed she works alone even tho she showed up with another girl to help. Spring cleaning I just had my house cleaned recently by this company. The ladies that came were on time, super friendly and very understanding of everything that i needed to get done. I will definitely be seeing up more cleanings with them !!

Massive cleaning I needed to get my apartment clean enough for Mom to approve. I called the professionals, who came recommended through friends and colleagues.
