Spring Cleaning Overall works satisfactory, however cleaner was rushed as she was working some and sufficient time was not provided for employee to complete the job in its entirety. The result was one floor being incomplete.

Home cleaning New Century Maids has been an excellent cleaning service to date. We have been fortunate to have Maria on a bi-weekly basis over the past few months. She arrives on time, is professional , friendly and very thorough. Her efficiency means that as a family we have only minor clean-ups to attend to on a daily basis and are therefore able to focus on family time. I would highly recommend their services!

Excellent customer service, inconsistent quality We had been using New Century Maids for two years, up until recently. Things started out wonderfully and our condo sparkled. Over the past year, things have gone downhill. Bi-weekly cleaning service Have been using new century maids bi-weekly for just over a month now. We're very happy with the service and attention to detail in cleaning. Thank you for making my life easier and for the sweet note left about our dog :) it's just to know she's in good hands when we're gone.

HOME CLEANING Absolutely terrible service and after several "second chances", finally fired them today. Their service started out well enough (and I had recommended them to friends!) but the quality has deteriorated sharply over the last few months. It was clear the staff were not taking the time we were paying them for. Cleaning Services They sent us an email, asking us to gave us a review, followed-up by a phone call. They said they would give a discount on the next cleaning, if we provide a review. We provided the review. Then the next cleaning, and they say there are "rules" attached to this discount. We should have done this, that, and the other. So we modified the review in Facebook. House cleaning When the baby was born, there were many things that fell by the wayside. We did a fair amount of tidying, but were not really able to do a serious cleaning. We found New Century Maids thanks to this website, and we were so so happy we did. I realized that part of why it's so nice to stay in a hotel is because the rooms are cleaned by people who have skill.
