I had a boiler overheating problem. Grant attended the same evening and reported back at around 7 o'clock, so I called him. Unfortunately, it required a complete replacement, but Grant was already on the case and had a suitable boiler in hand. He rearranged things to get the boiler installed the next day despite the tenant's lack of hot water
Came out right away to inspect a boiler. Recommended a replacement and quickly installed a great new boiler.
