The last two times I ordered it, the darn pizza crust was so tough you couldn't hardly chew it and the darn thing was so spicy that what I didn't eat the dog wouldn't touch. I said two because I gave them another chance. ....last time for this girl.
The waitress was great we ordered an appetizer of tenderloin strips they were very good had to try the pizza because of all the hype we have heard Pizza flavor was great but the crust was so hard you needed a steak knife just to cut it hope they're not always this way it didn't live up to the hype because of that
I just moved here from the east coast. Some local friends highly recommended NBO, so tonight I went there with my family to see what the hype was about. We went. We ordered. We waited. And waited...and waited. 45 minutes later we ate NBO pizza. I can honestly say I've tasted better crust on a microwave pizza from the supermarket freezer. Very disappointed. My nine year old, who lives for pizza, didn't eat hers. At NBO she said she wasn't hungry, but as soon as we got home she asked for a Pop Tart. We will not be returning.
Pizza was fantastic toppings were so fresh even had strip of bacon on it

The food is awesome. The waitress left a lot to be desired. We ordered ranch to go with our appetizer and never received it.We had made it through our appetizer without our drinks. I finally went and asked if we could have some water. Next time will just order take and bake. Worst experience ever.
