I think that this place has no and I mean no idea about customer service. We arrived at around 7:30 on a Friday night. The bathroom s were being remodeled and they only had one bathroom open and it is the size of a small closet. We were waiting it the hall a server handed my daughter a huge roll of TP and asked her if she would put it on the holder when she went in there ( she's 11). Very good pizza and wings. Haven't tried sandwiches and such, can't get past the pizza.
Ordered pizza to go and it was good. The ladies that waited on me we're really nice and polite.
