Just got off the phone and the receptionist was very rude! Laughed at me, didn’t take me serious what so ever and then I could hear her laughing with other workers in the background! And then continued to mock me and make me feel stupid about asking for an appointment. I have disabilities myself and I have to go for lots of appointments and I’ve never been spoken to like that in my life! The minute I said hello she was so rude and didn’t care about anything I said. I feel so crappy after that phone call 😔

Absolutely awful surgery, came out of hospital and was put on tamzolzine pills , ran out and went to surgery to get more and they said they’d de registered me without notifying for 2nd time , they wouldn’t give a prescription and sent me away with no duty of care , I tried to quickly register with another surgery as was in pain , they couldn’t do anything immediately, I was advised to phone 111 and had to go to urgent treatment centre , there the nurse quickly wrote me a prescription to get an emergency batch .
I'd genuinely leave 0 stars if I could. Submitted an e consult and was advised that I needed to call the surgery to get an appointment. Called the surgery at 8.30am and was on hold for an hour before I was cut off? Rung back and was on hold for another 20 minutes before the receptionist answered. She proceeded to talk over me and patronise me, helpfully advising that I had missed the e-consult window that closed at 9.30 so couldnt get an appointment today...The receptionist essentially called me a liar when I'd said I had be... read more
Came to this clinic to say that what i had been perscribed with wasnt working, walked away with a perscription for... the exact same thing i had in my hand when i walked in. What was the point. All you did was waste my money
