Manny has been fabulous and honest! I forewarn you that Treeium came out and gave a ridiculous estimate. Jack the representative that they sent out misdiagnosed the leak and gave us an estimate of $9,500 Manny came in with 4,500 and he's giving us more work I really think it's important you take them off your list they are only good possibly if you want to remodel your home they're not good to contact if you have a leak or a plumbing problem or mold. Mr. Agam was the only plumbing technician that would come out the next day and diagnoses my water heater without charging a service call fee. He guaranteed that whatever the problem was, his price would be lower than anyone else. I hired him and he arrived promptly the next day. After his diagnosis was complete, it was determined that the water heater needed replacement. He replaced the old heater, correctly mounted the earthquake brackets and balled away the old heater.
The quick response to our emergency was greatly appreciated. He was polite & courteous the entire time & stayed on the job until the problem was corrected. My husband worked with him & appreciated his effort in getting the job done in a timely manner.
