SUPER prompt and on the ball! Responded to my needs very quickly and ultimately seem to have fixed the main problem. However, there was a period of time while he was here when I wondered if he really was an experienced plumber because he didn't seem to understand the problem or how to fix it -- even trying to read the instructions that came with the replacement part and claiming that he couldn't because they were not in English (they were).
