When our tankless water heater stopped working on Friday we contacted New Act and Meni called quickly and scheduled to come the next morning. He arrived promptly, carefully explained what he would do, diagnosed and corrected the problem, and gave us a fair price for his services. The water heater now operates better than ever.

Meni is an excellent, experienced plumber, and an honest guy. He showed up right on time. The project required an exchange of the toilet I had acquired, as well as an uneven floor. Meni took care of all of that immediately, got me a better unit, found an economical, efficient solution and installed everything quickly and easily and cleaned up afterwards. He cares about his work and is fair and reasonable. I'd make use his services again.
