Good work, but a little pricey considering it only required simple adjustments and no parts or tools.

My water heater failed early on a Sunday morning and Meni from New Act Construction arrived promptly to analyze the problem. The next day he installed a new tankless water heater. Meni is both professional and personable. I was so pleased with his work that I also hired him to install an earthquake shutoff valve for my gas meter.
Hired for an outdoor installation of a new gas line for a new pool heater and to install a pool heater. Meni had two teenagers dig dirt while he left, and didn't supervise them. The teenagers burst the water pool pump pipe in the ground and they neither fixed or replaced it. The gas line job took about five days instead of 2, wasn't installed correctly and once Meni realized I was not going to be intimidated by him and asked questions, he quit. They we very prompt but did not clean up.
After all the contractors, plumbers, i've hired, and been disappointed, finally New Act Construction was a nice surprise. Meni, came out to replace my old faucet with a new one, because of my old pipes ran into a big problem, he was excellent! Took care of everything in the best possible way,could not have been better, i recommend him highly!!! Sandy

Showed up on time fully prepared for installing a new water heater. They were fast, efficient and courteous.
Replaced my existing 13-year-old tankless water heater with a new one. Came on time and completed the job with a smile.
