WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Plumber showed up at 10am ~ then left for the rest of the day ~ came back at 5:45 "in the dark" ~ with a young 13 year old bot ~ broke my back step ~ when taking out the old water heater ~ still NO HOT WATER ~ I had no hot water for 3 days prior! Toatal of 6 days NO HOT WATER! Tried to charge me $1170 when I still had no hot water! Very responsive even though it was technically a holiday. The work was done well and he suggested adding a shutoff valve that we did not have in this 100 year old house, just in case of another water emergency. I would use again.
Meni did a great job of replacing old piping and an equally old garbage disposal. He made two trips out for parts and got a somewhat complicated job done beautifully, was incredibly pleasant and we wouldn't hesitate to call him back.
He had a pleasant personality, did the job in a timely manner and will surely keep his contact information for future reference.
Professional, excellent customer service, thorough, very affordable pricing and friendly. Meni, This gentleman does great work. Came in to give me an estimate and pricing was great and he offered to do the job right then. Handled the project as a professional. I was going to install the vanity & sink myself but Meni quoted me a price I could not refuse. He will be coming back on Monday to complete the job. Excellent! Please use y recommendation.
