Very satisfied with job and workers were very polite. Great job overall!

I met with Rosemary on Wednesday I quoted her job for $370 she ok the job and i told her that i will start the job on Thursday she approved and she also mentioned that she will see another two plumber for quotation Rosemary complained about her neighbor, that he was stealing water from her pipe and that her water bill had risen significantly. New Act Construction came to the job late in the afternoon, almost dark. The work was very shoddy. Now that he has my money it seems he doesn't have a reason to come back.

Ms. Muriel call me 4 PM, I showed up at her resident 5:30 PM, the gas company turn off the gas line the reason, the air vent installed incorrectly. I fix the vent and I turn back on the water heater. After two days Ms. Muriel called me and complaint that the water heater not working. I ask her grandson to make a test, during the test I diagnostic that the gas valve is filed. I ask Ms. Muriel to call the water heater manufacturer to purchase the part and also ask Ms. Muriel to ask the factory to explain if there is any relate... read more
