Banister does look really stunning, however, we've had issues with it since being installed and had to get further work done from the mess that gets left that you don't necessarily consider. Raised an issue back on the middle of June about a crack, repair booked for next week (end of August) and had to be cancelled. Hopefully may get it sorted by October

Currently waiting again for someone to come out and check another fault, but as it's no longer to make money it's taken a week to get a pitiful text to try and offer an appointment

Beautiful showroom, helpful staff. Wonderful experience start to finish. Very happy with our Lounge furniture.

It was a little while ago and I sincerely hope things have improved but we had a terrible experience. I was expecting and was treated very shabbily even though purchasing an expensive kitchen. We were sold the wrong oven and I was blamed for not spotting the code was an F not an E. We were told we would be charged hundreds to remove the oven from the order and replace it. I would never ever use this firm again. They were all very keen at the planning and taking mo why stage bit the service was truly appalling
