Unbelievably disorganised team who lacks knowledge of their own systems. Made my elderly mother wait for almost 2 weeks before saying they can't see her.
The individual GPs and nurses are excellent. The reception staff are rude, argumentative, and have no concept of basic customer service or handling. Changes and processes are communicated poorly with the staff being unhelpful and unwilling to assist or engage.
After moving from Sollershott, I am super impressed with this NHS GP service.
