Not a place i go for fun.. but clean and friendly staff
Appauling! Got a letter for my son for an appointment and on the letter it said report to Calderdale royal hospital reception to then to speak to not 1 but 20 members of staff to find out they all don’t know about the department or the dr who it stated on the letter!!!! Spent 30 mins trying to search for it to then be refused to be seen by this said dr apon arrival. The place isn’t even located in the hospital it’s an outer building which is not stated on the letter and has no directions to it either Now my 1 year old who’s ... read more
