I had a very frustrating experience trying to make an appointment over the phone. Despite having a referral and clearly explaining my situation step by step, the representative I spoke with was rude and not helpful. I made every effort to communicate clearly, but unfortunately, I was unable to even schedule the appointment due to the lack of assistance and poor attitude. This level of customer service is disappointing and should be addressed.

Ignorant. I called to make an appointment, while I was talking the lady just hang up the phone. And I called again, she asked me to hold. I wait her for almost 30 minutes and finally she said the neurology department is closed.
