Nether edge outpatients is a very nice large building good sitting areas secure entrance receptionists very helpfull comfortable feeling and absolutely excellent medical staff plenty of free parking and situated in popular netheredge can be dropped off outside the door which is excellent
Visited today. Really lovely staff who were great accommodating my autistic teen. Note - Google maps doesn't quite take you to the right place on the road and the street view images have old signs. On street view, the signs say Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre (ARC). The signs there now say Outpatient Clinic. On attached picture the arrow shows where it actually is.
Went here for an ECG. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lady who did the test explained everything very thoroughly, and was kind and considerate.
Attended for an ECG and was greeted and seen to by welcoming efficient staff. Arrived a little early and my appointment was completed before the scheduled time! Thank you!
