Lost my wallet on a delayed train late at night, unfroze my card to try and pay but hadn't process and had picked up the declined tickets look identical to normal tickets explained all this to the ticket warden still fined me despite the fact there was no way I could get home and I had tried to pay. Unfair and a little bit evil honest they could easily run the service for cheaper tickets it's ridiculous to have a flat 2.80 fee despite most people using stops close together. I recently had an infuriating and unfair experience with NET Tram that I feel compelled to share. My partner and I were issued a £70 penalty fare each (totaling £140) despite our clear and honest intention to pay for our journey. Usually it’s okay, but went to get a tram today at 12:20 it showed up 2 minutes early and as I ran up to the tram it had already left. If it’s meant to leave at 12:20 it should leave at 12:20, not two minutes early?
