I contacted Nest seekers via rightmove as they are marketing a property I am very interested in. I spoke to a member of staff in their London office who informed me the associate who represents that property would call me back, 3 days later no call back. So I sent an email, no response. I called again, and exactly the same thing happened, no call back.
