AVOID!!! Honesty the worst company with the greediest people I’ve ever met. We lived in a house on a 12 month tenancy. Within 6 months they had told us that the rent would go up £200 after the 12 month agreement. When it came to it they had then said that we would be evicted if we didn’t pay £400 extra a month. So we agreed to pay it as long as they wouldn’t take us to court. So 4 months later after paying the extra monies we received a letter saying that we would be getting evicted within 2 months.
