I booked a consultation with this clinic after emailing them clearly stating that I was looking for treatment X. My email subject specifically mentioned this. The clinic replied and booked me for an appointment without informing me that they do not provide treatment X. I paid for the consultation and only during the appointment was I told that they do not offer this service. If this had been clarified beforehand, I would not have booked or paid for the appointment.
