I really think these guys are great. Obviously experts with defenders and it’s a cracking business to deal with. They are extremely busy, understandably, so you do have to be patient and appreciate that and the odd little polite reminder and chase up doesn’t do any harm, but definitely worth bearing with. I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Nene Overland. They had my car for over a week to fix a juddering sound and vibration when turning right. £2100 later and they are still unable to diagnose my car correctly despite being ‘specialists.’ They failed to call me to update me on the status of repairs/couldn’t contact my case handler multiple times when I called in, and also carried out work with additional costs without my authorisation. Outstanding service. Fantastic communication and really fast repair. I can't recommend them highly enough. Huge thanks for getting me back on the road.
