Was hier samen met mijn vrouw. Het was redelijk druk, maar we zijn beiden zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Veel schoenen werden voor ons gehaald en weer teruggezet. Ook werden we deskundig geadviseerd, over de schoen die we pasten en werden alternatieven voorgesteld. Zeer tevreden over het resultaat.

I didn't have the negative experience other people had
I went in here with my wife on Sunday (2nd November). My wife wanted to try on 2 or 3 pairs of shoes she liked. An employee walked past and my wife asked if she could try the shoes on. The curt and irritated reply was 'I'm busy' and she just walked off. Needless to say we followed suit and went to find another shoe shop. A very interesting approach to customer service from Nelsons!
