Totally recommend Neil and his team - I have a beautiful garden which will be very much used now Very professional and hard working team - fantastic communication and understood my needs in what works for me and my family Can not recommend enough

The appointment to just give a quote ,has been rescheduled 3 times by the person. Today's was the 3rd time and he didn't turn up until now. No proper response to the phone call either. Overall a frustrating experience and moving to a different company which does better service. To sum it up, absolute lack of professionalism.
Fantastic hotel and grounds. The staff are faultless and extremely professional. Rooms and facilities are also great. My only gripe is with the food. It's s a little pretentious and I personally think the chief has a higher opinion of the food he's delivering against what is actually served
