Unfortunately, I have to write this review. We've never had issues with any letting agents or landlord since we started renting not until we came across Neil Kaye, initially they were very nice not until the end of our tenancy that they synergized with the landlord to take above 80% of our deposit and wanted to give us less than 20%, claiming damages that are not to be, to the extent of saying we left a big hole in one of the bedroom, which wasn't true. Neil Kaye would give you a dirty and mouldy apartment and drag your deposit with you at the end of the tenancy even if you handed over a better state of apartment than it was when you first moved in. They are so terrible. As a previous tenant I would advise you to avoid them at all costs
I have been a tenant with them for the past few months and have had an excellent experience. They are highly professional, always responsive to any queries, and consistently provide great support. The staff is helpful, and they offer a high level of flexibility. Highly recommended!
I am a landlord and repeat customer, on this occasion I made contact to rent out a house. I always find everyone cheerful, helpful and professional at Neil Kayes. Cheryl and Jamie kept excellent communication and were proactive and supportive to both my tenant and myself throughout this process, therefore making it easy for all involved.
