I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Pasat for my daughter about a week ago and received A++++++ service from sales associate Darren House and let me tell you, as far as customer service goes, it doesn't get any better than this! Darren was knowledgable about the car, very personable and definitely NOT high pressure. Having had unpleasant car buying experiences in the past, dealing with Darren and Neil Huffman Volkswagen was a breath of fresh air. I plan on being a "customer for life" with Darren.
I absolutely love my 2017 Jetta SE! As a first time car buyer, the purchase process was intimidating but I am so glad that their sales manager/goddess Sherry Tribbey and Christopher Stewart were so understanding and knowledgeable! After growing up on the East End my whole life I always think Dixie Highway is too far of a drive but is absolutely worth it! I was treated like family and never felt judged. If you are in need of a VW go visit and see Chris or Sherry!
OK I read the other reviews and really wish I would have before I took the car here. We were in town for a convention and had an axel shaft go out on our way down from up north. We got into town about 4pm on Monday, called for an appointment for Tuesday at 1pm. I was forced to take my car to this company because the dealership had to repair a recalled part on my car. Not only was this part recalled but it also caused damage to the engine and fuel system. The process to fix the damage is 2 weeks. During this period of time the dealership refuses to give me a loaner vehicle because I did not purchase the vehicle at this location, in my opinion. Lies lies lies!!!!! Drove 2 hrs to buy a car and when I arrived they didn't even have the car we was wanting to buy. Even though they said they had it.. complete waist of my time..
