Would NEVER buy another car from this dealership ever again!!!!!.. Bought a car, the next day started having issues was told to bring it in so I did, was called a few hours later letting me know that it had been fixed and was ready for pickup, was told if I had any more problems to let them know, called back let them know the issue wasn't fixed, took the car back up there it sat for 4 days, no communication about what was going on with it, if it had been looked at or not, needless to say it hadn't.. went and picked it up.. I hate car shopping so I usually do most of my research before even going to the dealership. They had exactly what I was looking for. Being that I drive a lot for work I had my eyes set on a TDI. The salesman was great and the rest of the staff was very welcoming. Thanks for the smooth transaction. One week in and I've already put over a thousand miles on the car and achieved 46 miles per gallon. That's a win for me!
I dropped my car off at 10:30am for an oil change. Was told it would be about an hour. Told the guy I was leaving. He apparently put me down as "waiting," because when I called at 12:45pm, the guy said he was looking for me there to see what all I wanted done to my car. Apparently they just didn't think to call me after two hours. Great job, pal. Did you think I was playing hide 'n' seek?! Hahaha. I'm going to Clarksville next time hahaha.
