Immediately welcomed and not harrassed. Micah really was a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured at any point and was he was more then helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Amazing service! I personally worked with Micah Cross. I have a very busy schedule and work constantly. We bought our first Volkswagen today from Micah. It was a great experience. He was wonderful and made sure we were in love with the car. No pressure, felt like he was honest and fair.
I bought my car here almost 14 years ago and still bring it here to get serviced because of the friendly and informative service staff.
2nd worst experience at a VW dealership. I requested a safety recall to be completed online. They never contacted me to obtained needed information even though they had my cell phone number, email address, and mailing address. I wasted a day off of work to go to their dealership to get my safety recall work completed. After being their 3hrs they finally called me to their service desk to inform me they didn't have the parts in stock. Extremely disappointed with their customer service team and their facility. We drove from southwest Illinois (2. 5 hours) to get the best price on our Tiguan. Sherry was very helpful over the phone and through email. She had all the paperwork details ready when we arrived. Chris was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and then some. He even offered to help move our things from the old car to the new car. Everyone was so friendly. Had a great experience buying my new GTI from them! Drove two hours from out of state because they had the best price. Sue was very personable and easy to work with, and Sherry and Christopher were great as well.
So I had an issue about a week ago. Needless to say that I was not a happy person. When I brought it to their attention. The response was like almost to good to be true.. They treated the issue like it was their personal issue and corrected it. Not only did they fix the issues they created. In addition they fixed eye sore for me on my car.. JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU!
Just got my 3rd car from there, great people, great prices.
