Had service appointment at 745 am. I had to call myself not once but twice just to find out what i already knew was wrong with my car. I asked when it would be ready. They have no idea. Left message with financial department yesterday still never heard back from them. I've had this car just over a year and have put in just over $6000 worth of work. I haven't even fixed the 4 rims that are bent since the day I bought the car. Never received the other key that you all lost nor the car mat .
