Service area is terrible. been waiting 1 hr and half for simple oil change. still not done. you schedule too many vehicles at once like a doctor's office.

I'm on my second car lease through Neil Huffman on Dixie highway and I love them and the experiences I've had with them. The sales manager Sherry is amazing and will go out of her way for her customers! Highly recommend this great team!
I bought a car from this specific dealership. The car is nice, however every time I bring the car in for service there is always something wrong. The first time I took it in, it was hit in the parking lot while in their possession. They half a** fixed it. I just recently took it in for service and realize they didn’t put the lugnut bolt covers back on after a tire rotation. That may be inexpensive parts but it’s my expensive car!!!
RecommendedI am beyond amazed and grateful to the staff (Earnie especially) at Neil Huffman Volkswagen. My check engine light has been playing a disappearing act with me. Of course it comes on over the weekend before I leave TONIGHT to head up to LUX Lash Bar & Makeup Artistry in MI for our big Pink Ribbon week, to give 3D areola tattoos back to some seriously deserving women. THEY PULLED SOME STRINGS TO GET THE PART AND GET ME ON THE ROAD BY TONIGHT despite being incredibly busy. I am so grateful.
I have a 2019 vw the window is broken and I took it to neil huffman after 4 times still broken. They give me excuses and right out lied in my face. I would not take a bike up there after this experience.
To say whether I’m happy with Neil Huffman VW is a complex question. I’m happy I went there to purchase my car because I love my car. Sadly I have never owned a manual and shortly after buying it I hit a pole while it rolled backwards since I didn’t set the handbrake. I took my car there to get it fixed.
