In a world where it is hard to trust anyone, I can attest to the fact that you can trust Neil Huffman Subaru! I have had my Subaru Outback to them several times for service and mechanical issues that have popped up. Each and every time they have been incredibly ethical and honest and gone the extra mile to try and keep costs down for us. I came in for a particular used Crosstrek, and I drove an hour and a half to get it. I've been telling Wendy for a week straight that I was coming up to get it, and we made an appointment for Saturday morning. When I got there the car was not there because THEY HAD TAKEN IT OUT TO NOLIN LAKE FOR SOME FUN. I would have to wait 3 hrs for someone to come back with it, and when I tried to bargain with the price (considering the mileage would be more and it would be dirty) it was basically a fuck you.
