Lailani was awesome � The process was easy and not nearly as time consuming as expected.
Pathetic service! Terry Issacs is extremely rude and lied about the availability of a vehicle. I believe Mr Huffman would be embarassed.

Dropped off my 06 subaru legacy gt to be worked on and got it back just how i left it with no problems, they let you know if your vehicle has any problems with it you might not know and give you suggestions on help. I wont take my car to any other shop.
Well, I'm going to be honest, I had a great experience when I bought my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek back in February. But when I recently found out that my salesman, Tracey Milliner, car salesman of the year several years in a row was let go.... I decided I will not be going back. Getting my free oil changes and I'm OUT. I plan to spread the word to other Subaru owners to try Bachman first. I myself will be going to Royal in Bloomington. Good luck Neil Huffman with salvaging that repeat business!
My husband and I bought a new car at Neil Hoffman and love it. We were greeted by Donald Pruitt a sales associate who was very nice. He was not pushy and really knew all about the car.We bought a 2016 Crosstrek and are really loving it.Donald even got in the car before we drove away and showed us everything we needed to know about the car.I had bought a Legacy from another dealer in town a few years ago and the customer service wasn't half as good.I would recommend Neil Hoffman and Donald to everyone looking for a good car.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Very rude. Very disrespectful. Charged me for something that wasnt even done on my car. Last time I check that was illegal. Then argued with me over it. And agreed to refund half of my money. I had places to be. So I took my refund and left! I will never spend another penny in your worthless establishment. If I ever I need a Subaru part. I will take my business to Bachmann.
