We bought a 2015 outback which we've had for over 2.5 years. The salesman(Randy)and manager(Terry) were outstanding. No pressure sales. There were no outbacks on the lot. So we had to order it. We got to pick colors and options. The car came in with "eyesight"technology which we didn't order but got without the up charge. As for service. I bought a brand new 2016 XV crosstrek from this dealer last year. Buying a car here was my mistake. I should go to Bachman Subaru instead. Here is what I think about Neil Huffman subaru: 1) They do not honor the price they gave you. The price I purchased the car was slightly higher than the price the quote me a day before (I forgot to bring in the paper when I purchased the car) 2) Finance department did not inform me the car can only be recieved free oil change at their dealer (within the warrantee period). The manager left me a voicemail saying he would love to have my business but forgot to hang the phone up and you could hear the sale rep in the background bad mouthing me and the offer I made them on a Ford Fusion. So happy I decided with another car dealership that values me as a customer!!!
