Overall, we would recommend Neil Huffman Subaru. The salesman, Tyler, was very friendly and down-to-earth. Unfortunately, the dealer was virtually unwilling to negotiate, and we were disappointed and displeased with the extended pressure and condescending tone from the individual over finance.
We had a really great experience working with Deontae to purchase our new Outback. We typically know what we want when we start looking, and he had everything together when we arrived. We took it for a test drive and signed our papers. Deontae took the time to go over the owners manual and point out the features on the car as well. The entire process was very painless and the rate that Dylan got for us was amazing. We will look to Neil Huffman Subaru when it's time for us to make another Subaru purchase!

Found the one car I wanted after a long online search. It was at a Neil Huffman located nearly 2 hours away but Tyler Allison didn’t hesitate for a second to go get it for me. Didn’t pressure me into another higher priced vehicle and nor did he make it awkward when I declined the additional services & coverages (I realize these are valuable but I am a hard-headed cheapskate).
