A week ago my grandpa bought a 2018 WRX. 2 days later he was broke down on the side of the road. Turned out to be an intake tube. We just got it back today and on the interstate heading to Indiana it broke down. He was on the side of the interstate praying he didn't get hit by a car driving 80-90mph. I had to take a really confusing lap of exits to get to the part of the interstate where he was. We we're able to get the tube back in place and we took off... I did my research before I came here for an AC problem. I knew what was needed. And they quoted me a price that is twice as much as it should have been. This is why people don’t go to dealerships for repairs. If they’re smart.

I took my forester in for maintenance. I got it back with 4 loose wheels. Now it has vibration issues and I'm being told it's because my tires are bad. The tires have 20k miles on them and the car didn't vibrate before your oversight.
Deontae and Jay worked to make sure I had a great car buying experience. As a first time car buyer, all of my questions were answered promptly and honestly.
