Chris was able to quickly get me what I wanted and when my husband and I went to purchase the car he went over everything with us. Prompt and personal attention to our inquiry. We called from Indianapolis, IN searching for a 2019 Red Legacy. We received an email from Tyler within minutes. He directed us to Jay, the Subaru Manager, since Tyler was on his way to training. The Manager reported he had our desired vehicle and that he would clean it and have it ready for pickup when we arrived in Louisville the next day. I can never get in contact with anyone there. Phone lines are full off messages and they can't take anymore new messages. I've had my new 2019 Outback since June and have not received one message of when to take it in for service with the 2 year free maintenance deal. Communications is something they really need to work on.
service tech did not shame me for poor maintenence. however, he did walk dirty air filters into the waiting room which was embarrassing and now I've been constantly harassed by their automated system about service due via phone calls and emails. I explained at time of service that I go elsewhere for my oil changes because of pricing but I continue to get aggressive demands that I bring my car in for work from their auto b.s.
