Great attention to detail with explanations of the issues in my calf and Achilles. Backed up with stretches and activities to help strengthen the damaged area.
Good knowledge of what I needed and exercises I needed to do to support my back.
Only done one session for an ankle break with Neil a few days ago and already seeing massive improvement in walking, range of motion and strength. Nice bloke and explains things throughout the service which I find really helpful. Would recommend.
