Shocked to see any positive reviews for Neil Douglas! My experience, along with many other residents, has been nothing short of appalling. They accuse residents of being “abusive” in emails, yet their own responses are condescending, dismissive, and more than impolite. Instead of addressing genuine concerns, they choose to be argumentative, evasive, and defensive.
