Neil replaced our oil fired central heating boiler. From the initial phone call to the job completion his communication was very professional, polite and efficient. Neil is well qualified and has an excellent engineering background. His administration and punctuality are excellent. His quote was comprehensive and fair. We recently moved into a new house, and hired Neil to come and take a look at our fuel boiler (which was producing an unusual smell). Neil investigated the problem thoroughly, explained the operation of our central heating system in detail, and identified several ways to optimize the operation of our entire setup (including the boiler, hot water tank, and the radiators). Neil is very knowledgeable and his explanations are very clear -- we'll definitely be using him for all our plumbing and heating needs going forward.
