Kelly the manager was rude and curt and literally hung up on me. She also refused to let me speak to the owner. I have heard other complaints about the front office so know I am not alone 😕
Our furry baby has been going here for years and the staff are so kind, friendly, and patient that we recommend Nebel Street Animal Hospital to everyone with a pet. Whether it’s for an unfortunate emergency or just regular check-ups, Nebel Street Animal Hospital staff will treat you and your pet very well.
I have been taking my pets there since they opened. They are kind, thoughtful, and know what they are doing.
A place that loves your fur babies like you do. I cant say enough about Dr Fromberg and her kindness, understanding and care of my babies from their first visit to their last. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure not only their patients are cared for but us owners are cared for too. Blessed to be part of the Nebel Street Animal Family.
Expert and compassionate care, always.
I can’t say thank you enough for the care everyone gave my Jelly Bean! He was hit by a car right in front of our house and we rushed him to what we though was an emergency vet clinic. I was scared, nervous and had no idea where to go when the staff told me they weren’t the ER and there was no doctor there yet. Without hesitation the staff took my Jelly and said it would take longer for me to get to the ER than for their doctor to get to there. I was so relieved! They took such good care of my boy when he was terrified and hu... read more
Dr. Foster came highly recommended to me as a vet for my rats. I went to see her about getting one of my boys neutered and the procedure went great! He’s been doing really well and I’ve already noticed his aggression is weaning. The procedure was cheap, too. At my regular vets I was quoted $450, but Dr. Foster charged me $80, meds included. You have to contact the front office to get Dr. Foster’s direct line, because the vet practice itself doesn’t take rats, but it’s so worth it. My baby is feeling better and like his old s... read more
Dr. Fromberg worked so hard on Christmas eve, helping my little guy. He was in pretty bad shape but thankfully is doing so much better after being diagnosed with Addison's disease. The love she shows for animals is wonderful to see♡
Twice now Dr.Foster, Sam and the team have made the worst day for our fur family bearable, they are truly angles. I can’t recommend this animal hospital highly enough, they are kind, compassionate and they treat all the animals in their care like family. There are closer veterinarian offices, but when we’re ready to do this again, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Five star all the way.
