Again another fabulous visit to Neaum Crag. Staying at Cogra Moss again however stayed at many of the lodge’s & they’ve all served our needs. The Walks, pub’s & coffee shops suits everyone. Thanks Heather for looking after us as usual. See you later this year. Diane & Brian.
Good location, loads of walks in the area, google does direct you the longest routes for some reason, you can turn right when leaving Neaum crag services, but the hill is very steep. The location is generally very quiet (we unfortunately had noisy neighbors but that can't be controlled).
Absolutely stunning place to stay! There is a great choice of timber lodges spread out well throughout the estate, so it's mostly very private! Our lodge was very clean & well presented with a nice welcome pack including locally sourced tea, coffee, biscuits & marmalade! (Bring your own milk!) Oh & dog biscuits to, which my Jack enjoyed! Great walking trails, some of which have a pub at the end!
Nice log cabin, with all facilities needed, great location.
