Deeply disappointed with NRG Law (Cook & Co) who handled my property purchase in 2016. Very poor service and precarious conveyancing, skipping basic checks and procedures and accepting unnecessary risks, and then very little accountability when those risks materialised. I’ve used them for 2 house sales years ago . This time I gave up after unanswered calls . Then promises of a call back that never happened and no reply to emails . Went elsewhere in the end . Pointless
I used this firm for my house purchase and it couldn't have been a better choice. Angela answered to all my emails within 24h. Great communication and efficiency, she was ahead thinking of potential withdraws and advised me on the best approach, which saved time and money. I didn't understand half of the process of buying a house and she took the time to explain (sometimes repetively) anything I was not familiar with. The price is quite comprehensive and the service is simply superb. 100% recommended. Can't thank her enough
