When my mum needed to go into respite care recently, there was no hesitation that Neale Court was the place for her. My Dad spent his last 2 years here before he sadly passed away. The care he received back then was faultless and still is. The carers are always friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them and you can see how they genuinely care for each resident. Beautifully clean, happy home. All the staff from management, admin, carers, household and maintenance are super friendly, understanding and efficient. My wife is relaxed, happy and cared for with respect.
My Dad initially came to Neale Court for respite in October & settled in really well so when it came to him needing permanent care, there was no hesitation that Neale Court was the place for him. All the carers are so lovely & friendly.They keep me informed of any changes with my Dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. His room is lovely & spacious & the food is 'fit for a king' as my Dad keeps saying.
