Visited my property the same day as my phone call to quote for repairing a leaking soil pipe. They were easy to communicate with and did a tidy repair job. Their price was much lower than Dyno-Rod's quote for the same job. Very happy.

Michael attended on Sunday as an emergency, explained that the drainage was shared drains and contacted NWL to request them to attend and fix the issue - free of charge. its not very often you get company's that are honest and try to save the customer money. Would defiantly recommend this company, honest, reliable and trustworthy

Called the company as I was experiencing issues with my drains. Very quick in attending my property, identified further issues after initially unblocking the drain and had work booked in within 2 days. The guys who attended kept my fully informed showing me the issues on the CCTV camera. Would highly recommend 👌

Michael and his partner visited our property yesterday to assess a blocked drain. They got to the route of the problem very quickly despite having a job to remove the drain covers. I found them to be very friendly and efficient and was very relieved to have the drain unblocked. Definitely recommended.

I called NE Drains out to a tenanted property due to a blockage. He was quick to book me in and unblocked the drains using a jet hose which he successfully unblocked. He wanted to investigate further with a camera. He found a rod that was trapped in the u bend and damage to the pipe caused by the tenant smashing it. The only way to resolve this was to dig out a small area of the yard above the u bend. He booked me in for the next available appointment, turned up on time and did the work fast.
