We wanted a lean-to shelter across the back of our house with a clear roof and wooden struts and beams. Nick spent a lot of time with us developing the design of the structure we wanted and kept in regular contact whilst it was being built. The materials to be used were discussed and alternatives suggested where needed. The builders were always polite and helpful and worked in cold and wet conditions without complaint.
