I would give zero if I could. Worst of all, carers refused to assist bed bound patient to the commode when requested. They told patient to poo in their pants and they would wash them afterwards! Absolutely disgraceful. Carers had no information about key safe despite it being given. Lots of phone calls to say they couldn’t gain entry to bed bound patient!
All the reviews written by staff, total waste of time. I recommend you neither use their service nor work there.
OMG what can I say I have been whit this company for about 5 weeks this is the 3rd company I have I can not say enough about carers and company when they give me call time they still to it so if anyone looking for new company NDH the best s
